how to use clay cutters: start with your clay slab rolled out to your desired thickness - I typically use 3mm thickness. lightly brush cornstarch on your clay, and dip your clay cutter into the cornstarch. press into the clay and cut out your shape. 
keep clay cutters out of the dishwashers - they can be cleaned with lukewarm water and a toothbrush if you have any clay stuck in smaller sections of your cutter. 
please do not bend your cutters. store in a safe place.
